I called Official Feb 2025 when my pilot light went out and would not relight. A tech arrived about 3 hours later.Andrew tried a few things and diagnosed the problem. Two parts were required, he had one with him & went to get the other.He had the new parts in and the furnace working in a couple of hours. I recommend Official and specifically Andrew if you need a furnace tech. He knows his stuff and understands the customer is counting on him for repairs that won’t break the bank.

Andrew was our plumber and he was, … well, he was excellent!!Very competent, very, very friendly and, while he was in our home, he was Molly’s best bud. Great company to work with.I had a leakage due to a pipe burst in the wall in the garage, and I set an appointment with them. Andrew the technician, called in advance, arrived on time, inspected the issue and gave me a quote up front, so no hidden fees. Much appreciated. After my approval he proceeded with the work. He did a great job, very efficient and done in a reasonable timeframe. At the end we inspected the final work together. Their warranty is decent as well. This was the first time we had Official Plumbing & Heating help us out and it definitely won't be our last time. Travis, the Plumber was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing and satisfied our needs so everything was working again. When we called for help on Friday they showed up on Tuesday morning even though I said it wasn't an emergency. Great service and very quick to respond; the in-home estimate was thorough and we had a good discussion about what work was needed now, and what could be done later. Interestingly, I've never seen my pet so relaxed around somebody inside my home...I take that as a good sign of a quality person!Edited to add the work was completed today. I had a poly b line crack and they were able to come promptly in the morning and provided me with several repair options, recommendations and upfront pricing. In the last two years we have used Official Plumbing & Heating for a toilet issue that was leaking into our basement, replacing our hot water tank, and most recently a complete replacement of all our waterlines. Changed My Hot Water tank. Great prices and customer service. My utility room looked cleaner after they finished than before they entered. moved my new tank into a different position than my original to create more space in my tiny room. Something I never would have thought of. Great customer service will absolutely be using them again.In addition to this they have also fixed my toilet and put in a new bathroom fan. The service the 2nd and 3rd time were just as good as the first. Travis came for 1 fix and Andrew for the other. Both technicians were great.

Called the company yesterday and they showed up promptly at 8am this morning. Travis is very professional, knowledgable and personable. Explaining everything that needed to be done, and quoting a price prior to beginning the repair. As he was working he explained to my dad ( in a voice loud enough for my dad to hear) what he was doing and what else needed to be done. He was thorough and understanding. A fantastic guy whom right away sourced and addressed a leak in our bathroom, repaired issue with waste disposal and then pipe under kitchen sink. On time, professional and a really nice guy. Hadn't realized how early it was so hung up and was going to call back. five minutes later I got a call back from "Bill" who quickly set up an appointment for 8:00 am next day. Bill was on time for appointment, quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem, and rather than having to wait for new sink Fawcett, Bill drove and picked one up and installed same day.
